Une expérimentation concernant l’étude des changements de référentiels. La cognition incarnée au service de l'apprentissage de la cinématique

Abstract : In this paper we present an experiment on the study of changes in reference frames in an astronomical context. We rely on the theoretical framework of embodied cognition and we involve all the students of a Val de Marne high school in two successive teaching-learning sessions based on the same scenario but with a different degree of embodiment. Between each session we evaluated the students' responses to a conceptual questionnaire. Our first results suggest that the sessions do have an effect on students, but that the degree of embodiment does not seem to affect conceptual learning. The effect of the sessions also seems to be still present three months after their implementation.
